Our story

How we found our way here

  1. Where it began

    A chance encounter

    We first crossed paths at Jeff's birthday party. We noticed one another but never spoke—and Dan wasn't prepared to let our story end before it had even begun.

  2. Our first trip

    London

    Our first trip together took us to London, where an evening at The Alchemist became unforgettable: Dan told Anastasija he loved her.

  3. 2023

    Closing the distance

    After two years of enduring long distance, we finally closed the gap. On 1 July 2023, Anastasija moved in with Dan and our everyday life together began.

  4. 2025

    The proposal

    On 19 December 2025, high above London at the top of the London Eye, Dan got down on one knee and asked Anastasija to spend the rest of her life with him.

  5. 1 January 2027

    To be announced

    One final detail is staying under wraps for now. Come back on New Year's Day, when we'll reveal where the celebration will take place.

We're getting married in Essex. We're honeymooning in Mexico. So we thought we'd start as we mean to go on.
